1.2These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior representations, understandings, and agreements between you and Erysta related to the sale and purchase of products ordered through the Website.

1.3If we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated any of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to remove, restrict, cancel, or suspend your access to the Website or any part thereof, without limiting any other rights or remedies available to us.

1.4If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Website and the services provided therein.

2.1“Erysta” or “We” - Erysta Limited a company incorporated in Hong Kong under the number 76111914, and having its registered office at Unit 2A, 17/F, Glenealy Tower, Central, Hong Kong SAR.

2.2"Website" or "this Website" - Website, available at www.erysta.com and all of its subdomains.

2.3"Customer", “User” or “You” - a person who orders Product(s) through this Website;

2.4"Product(s)" - any products listed as items for purchase on this Website;

2.5"Services" - the services offered by Erysta Limited on the Website;

3.1The Website is an online platform that allows users to place orders for digital keys, either by registering an account or by providing a valid email address. These digital keys grant access to content or services on their designated platforms. Delivery is made in the form of a key (text code), scanned image, or activation URL. In some cases, services may be activated directly on the associated platform through remote activation. For certain products, additional information such as a username, phone number (for mobile top-ups), or other identifying details may be required to complete the delivery or activation.

3.2The digital products offered on the Website are intended to be used strictly in accordance with the terms of the platforms for which they are designed. It is the User’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their account, region, or device before placing an order. Some products sold on the Website may trigger such symptoms in susceptible individuals. Erysta acts solely as a digital distributor/reseller and is not the developer, publisher, or creator of the software. As such, Erysta shall not be held liable for any health-related consequences resulting from the use of the products.

5.1To access and use our Services, you must be a natural person possessing full legal capacity as defined by the applicable laws of your country of residence. In general, this implies being at least 18 years of age, unless a different age is stipulated by local regulations. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these legal requirements.

6.1The Customer agrees to receive all communications from Erysta electronically. This includes, but is not limited to, agreements, legal notices, disclosures, order confirmations, and any other information related to the Services. These electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be made in writing.

6.2The Customer acknowledges and accepts that Erysta may contact them using the email address provided during checkout or account registration. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the email address is accurate and up to date.

6.3Any communication sent by Erysta is considered received by the Customer at the moment it is sent to the registered email address or made available through the Website (e.g., via the User’s account interface or notification system).

10.1Upon registration, each User is automatically assigned a virtual wallet known as the Erysta Balance. This balance can be used exclusively to purchase digital products on our Website.

10.2The funds available in the Erysta Balance are non-withdrawable when they originate from gift cards, promotional credit, or direct manual crediting by our staff. These funds are strictly intended for use within the Erysta platform.

10.3However, funds obtained through our official affiliate program may be eligible for withdrawal, subject to verification, applicable thresholds, and any conditions specified in our affiliate agreement. Only users accepted as partners and compliant with our affiliate terms may request such payouts.

10.4Erysta reserves the right to credit or debit the Erysta Balance in the case of refunds, promotions, loyalty programs, or any form of internal adjustment, always in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

10.5Users are responsible for the proper use of their Erysta Balance. Any misuse, attempt to bypass withdrawal restrictions, or abuse of the wallet system may result in restrictions, suspension of the User account, or legal action where applicable.

11.1All digital products and services provided through this Website are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Erysta makes no representations, warranties, guarantees, or assurances—express or implied—regarding the suitability, accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any product, service, or content available on the Website. You expressly agree to use the Website at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Erysta disclaims all liability for:

11.2Erysta does not guarantee that any specific digital product will remain available indefinitely. Product availability may vary and is subject to publisher or supplier restrictions.

11.3In all cases, the maximum liability of Erysta for any claim related to a purchased product shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the Customer for that specific product.

12.1The information presented on this Website constitutes an invitation to treat and does not represent a binding offer by Erysta to supply any digital product(s).

12.2The applicable price for a product is the one displayed on the Website at the time the Customer places the order. All prices are subject to change without notice, but such changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

12.3By placing an order, the Customer submits an offer to purchase the selected product(s) under these Terms and Conditions. Erysta reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. No binding contract is formed until the order is accepted and confirmed by Erysta.

12.4Payments may be made via PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, or any other method made available on the Website at the time of purchase. Erysta reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.

12.5When placing an order, the Customer must provide valid and complete payment information. Payment authorization is required at the time of ordering. In the case of digital products, the payment is typically captured immediately upon confirmation of availability and delivery.

12.6Payment is due in full at the time the order is accepted by Erysta.

12.7Prices are displayed based on your geographical location and generally exclude Value Added Tax (VAT), unless stated otherwise. If your local currency is not supported, your card issuer will convert the transaction to your local currency at the applicable exchange rate.

12.8If an order cannot be fulfilled, you will not be charged. If a charge has already been applied, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

13.1For each digital product order, we log the date and time the Product is delivered and accessed by the Customer. Digital products are protected under warranty until they are accessed or viewed. Once a code or license key has been revealed or marked as accessed, Erysta is no longer responsible for its validity or usability.

13.2Purchased digital Products will be delivered directly to the Customer’s account on the Website and to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

13.3Erysta disables the ability to purchase a Product if it is unavailable, unless explicitly marked as a pre-order or backorder item. In such cases, the Product will be delivered on the specified release date. Please note that release dates are determined by the product publisher and may be subject to change. Erysta is not liable for delays or modifications made to release schedules by third parties.

13.4No binding agreement exists between Erysta and the Customer until the Product has been shipped and a confirmation email has been sent. Prior to this confirmation, Erysta reserves the right to decline or cancel the order without liability.

13.5Erysta reserves the right to make substitutions or modifications to the specifications of the ordered Product, provided that such changes do not materially alter the type or core functionality of the Product.

13.6If an order cannot be delivered or is returned (e.g., due to incorrect email address or technical failure on the Customer’s side), the Product may be returned to Erysta’s system inventory. In such cases, the returned Product may be offered to other Customers, and Erysta is under no obligation to reserve or re-deliver it to the original Customer.

14.1In most cases, payment processing fees are charged to the Customer. These fees may vary depending on factors such as the selected payment method, the Customer’s country of residence, and other relevant criteria. This practice is standard across the industry. Please note that processing fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The applicable fee amount will always be clearly displayed before the Customer confirms and completes the payment.

14.2No additional fees apply when the Customer chooses to pay using their Erysta Balance.

15.1Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Below is a summary of key terms:

• Refunds are issued if your order is canceled or a valid replacement cannot be provided.
• Refunds may be granted if a product is unavailable, undelivered within 24 hours, or found defective with no replacement available.
• Refunds will not be granted if the digital product has been used or activated, or if the request is based on personal dissatisfaction, hardware incompatibility, or region-lock errors.
• Products may be returned at any time as long as the key has not been viewed. Warranty becomes void once the key is displayed.

16.1If Erysta becomes aware of an error that affects your transaction or digital product, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the transaction while the issue is being corrected. We will take all reasonable measures to prevent similar errors from recurring.

Erysta may cancel any transaction or stop supplying a Product if it is reasonable to do so — for example, in the case of pricing or listing errors. We may also modify or discontinue a Product at our sole discretion.

If you encounter an issue with a digital product (e.g., invalid or already used code), please provide the following:

• A screenshot of the code being entered, clearly showing the date and time.
• A screenshot of the error message you received, also with date and time.

Once these details are submitted, an internal investigation will begin within 48 business hours. This timeframe is approximate and may vary depending on the complexity of the issue or the response time from third-party platforms.

If the error is confirmed, you will receive either a refund or a replacement, depending on availability.

Important: Errors must be reported within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, no refund or replacement will be issued.

17.1Erysta employs a wide range of fraud detection tools and reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary to protect our platform and users. If fraudulent activity is suspected:

• Your account may be permanently suspended.
• Your information may be shared with relevant authorities for investigation.
• Ongoing or future transactions may be blocked or delayed.

19.2The price paid by the Customer for the Product(s) is solely for the licensed right to use such Product(s), and does not include any rights to technical data, trademarks, copyrights, or any other form of intellectual property beyond what is expressly provided.

20.1Access to the Website may include hyperlinks, tools, or directories that allow the Customer to visit external websites or online services ("Linked Sites").

20.2Erysta makes no representations and accepts no responsibility for the availability, content, accuracy, or reliability of Linked Sites. These sites are beyond our control, and the presence of a link does not imply any endorsement, partnership, or responsibility on our part. Once you leave the Erysta Website, the applicable terms and policies of the destination site apply, not Erysta’s.

20.3The existence of Linked Sites does not imply any formal relationship between Erysta and the operators or owners of those sites, nor does it signify any recommendation or promotion of the content, products, or services found there.

21.1These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hong Kong, which is considered the place of conclusion of the Customer's offer/order.

22.1All personal data is collected, stored, and processed by Erysta in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy. Customers are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy for details regarding how their information is handled.

23.1These Terms and Conditions are made available on the Website free of charge, in a format that allows for storage and reproduction.

23.2If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed omitted without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
