If your key appears to be region-locked, don’t worry—this can be resolved smoothly by following these steps:

  1. Check the product’s regional restrictions – Make sure the game can be activated in your country by reviewing the regional limitations on the product page. You’ll find this information in the "Works In" section at the top of the page. If there are specific restrictions, they will also be highlighted in orange with details on where the key cannot be redeemed.

  2. Ensure your platform’s region matches your actual location – Some platforms require your account region to match your physical location for activation to work. If your account is set to a different country, this may be preventing you from redeeming the key.
