It depends slightly on the platform, such as Steam, Xbox or PlayStation. To make it as easy as possible, we have prepared step-by-step activation guides for each platform. Find your product's platform and follow the instructions to redeem it.

Don't worry: you are fully covered. Although our keys are new and issues are extremely rare, a technical or human error can occasionally occur in the distribution chain. Every order includes a lifetime guarantee. If a key does not work, contact our team and, once the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

To prevent abuse, refund requests are monitored per account; excessive or repeated requests may lead to an automatic refusal or restrictions on future purchases.
