Show AllIs Erysta a reliable and secure website?
Absolutely. We work exclusively with verified, official distributors to source every key on our platform. Your transactions are handled through leading secure payment gateways, so we never store your banking details. Every purchase also includes our full lifetime support.
How long does it take to receive my key?
Almost always instantly. In 99% of cases, your key reaches your inbox and appears on your screen within seconds after checkout. Very rarely, if a payment verification partner requires a manual check, delivery can take up to 25 minutes, but our team works to clear it as quickly as possible.
How do I activate a key purchased on Erysta?
It depends slightly on the platform, such as Steam, Xbox or PlayStation. To make it as easy as possible, we have prepared step-by-step activation guides for each platform. Find your product's platform and follow the instructions to redeem it.
What happens if a key has already been activated?
Don't worry: you are fully covered. Although our keys are new and issues are extremely rare, a technical or human error can occasionally occur in the distribution chain. Every order includes a lifetime guarantee. If a key does not work, contact our team and, once the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Can I get a refund if I haven't revealed my key?
Yes. As long as you have not viewed or revealed the digital key in your account, you can request a full refund. Once a key has been revealed, it is considered consumed and cannot be refunded unless our team verifies a technical issue with the key itself. To prevent abuse, refund requests are monitored per account; excessive or repeated requests may lead to an automatic refusal or restrictions on future purchases.
Can I buy a key as a gift for a friend?
Yes, absolutely. Once your order is complete, you can share the revealed key code directly with your friend or send them the key retrieval link so they can activate it on their own account.
